Policies of The Inn On First

  • Rates are quoted double occupancy and include breakfast, but NOT taxes.
  • We offer our guests a NON-SMOKING environment for all rooms. Smoking is permitted in the Gardens.
  • Multi-day stay may be required during high season or if stay involves a weekend or holiday.
  • The Inn on First Cancellation Policy:
    The following is required for deposit return minus the $35 cancellation fee.
    • 1 room: 14-day notice
    • 2 room group: 21-day notice
    • 3+ room group: 30-day notice
    • 5 or more nights: 21-day notice
      Applicable to guests who are scheduled for more than one night and stay less than the number of days they reserved
    • Any room not re-rented will be charged the full room rate.
    • All cancellations will be charged a $35 fee per room, regardless.
  • Check in time is between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m. For late arrivals, please contact the innkeepers.
