This is a large California King bed suite upstairs in the garden suites with NO TV.  It has a private entrance, a gas fireplace that is your source of heat, an extra large seating area, a spacious soaking tub for two, twin sinks in the bath area, and a large shower.  There is a private balcony that is hidden under the branches of a large oak tree with a small cafe table and 2 chairs.  There is a small bureau and armoire for extra storage.  The colors are gold and beige throughout the room and bring a sense of nobility.  The windows on the side of the room look out to the parking lot off of Clay Street the neighboring Victorian house.  This room can accommodate one extra roll-away twin bed for one extra guest for an additional fee. The room is equipped with a separate window air conditioner, small beverage refrigerator, coffee pot, iron, blow dryer, and bath amenities. NO TV IN ROOM.

The Incantment California King-sized bed suite is located on the ground floor in the Garden Suites with NO TV.  This room is the middle room of the King Suites on the ground floor and is wider than the other two, but not as long, and has only one sink in the bath area with a separate toilet room. This room is painted marine blue, an enchanting color; and with all the windows and the glass tile wall in the shower, it reminded us of a decanter. So we combined those two words (enchantment and decanter) and came up with our own name for the room. There is a private enclosed patio entrance complete with a patio table and two chairs. This room comes with a gas fireplace for your heat source and a window air conditioning unit. Incantment provides a romantic getaway experience with a romantic heart-shaped spacious soaking tub for two en suite and an oversized shower with a glass-brick wall facing the private enclosed patio deck. There is a small open-space closet for hanging garments, two bedside tables, and large drawers underneath the bed for added storage.

The Sweet Reserve is another one of the original mansion bedrooms at The Inn on First that is also one of the smallest and quietest. Located upstairs in the mansion this room is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, gas fireplace, air conditioning unit, and an armoire that serves as your closet. Painted in almond tones it is reminiscent of the reserve sweet Moscato wines and set aside as something special. The unique feature of this room is that the fireplace can be seen from both the bed and the two-person soaking tub. The bathroom, which overlooks the patio and garden, is decked out with a spacious soaking tub. This is the only room where the two-person soaking tub is in the same room as the shower and toilet. With the bedroom window open you can hear the running water from the pond and waterfall in the side yard that will remind you of a stream in the hillsides.

As one of the original mansion bedrooms, the First Crush is painted with pale blue/gray tones. This room has a California King-sized bed. with no TV but rather a beautiful seating area that gives a scenic view of up First Street toward downtown Napa and the local hillsides. You have your very own window air conditioning unit, gas fireplace, a personal armoire to use as your closet, a coffee pot, bathroom amenities, hairdryer, and iron. The First Crush has a full bath and separate shower, with a spacious soaking tub fit for two. *Along First Street there is some commute traffic. For those who live in larger cities like San Francisco, the noise is negligible.  For those who live in quiet suburbs, the traffic commute traffic may be noticeable in the morning.

The Angels’ Share, was originally an enclosed sunroom for the original master bedroom located upstairs in the mansion with a California King Size bed.  Seated at the back of the main house, this beautiful room has a balcony that overlooks the center garden between the main house and the garden suites building. This room was built to include an extra-large bathroom with double sinks, a spacious soaking tub, and a separate shower that is surrounded by windows to bring in wonderful light and brighten the room. This room is painted in white that will remind you of angels and is reminiscent of the essence (spirit) of wine as it dissipates while aging in a barrel. Quietest King room in the house with a lot of windows creating a bright and spacious room.

The Heritage Estate, Room-08, is ADA-friendly with wheelchair access, featuring a California king bed, a large shower with a shower seat, and handrails.  There is a reserved parking space in the parking lot that is ADA-accessible, with a ramp to the mansion and dining room.  To access the breakfast patio you can access the center garden pathway directly to the patio.  When booking a reservation please inform us if you have MOBILITY REQUIREMENTS for ADA Accessibility so that we can ensure we meet all your needs.
