As a courtesy to our guests enjoying romantic getaways, we respectfully request no children on the property, no exceptions. Many of our guests seek a quiet and relaxing escape, and with features such as fireplaces, soaking tubs, and peaceful outdoor spaces, we believe the inn is best suited for adults seeking a tranquil retreat.
Dogs are welcome at The Inn on First in select rooms. A $50 flat pet fee applies per stay. Each additional dog is $10, with a maximum of three dogs allowed.
Dogs left unattended in guest rooms must be crated. Any pet-related damages will result in repair or replacement charges plus a minimum $100 additional cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations made through online travel agencies (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) are non-refundable and cannot be canceled for a refund for any reason.
For reservations booked directly through our website under the Flexible Rate option, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to arrival (by 3:00 PM local time) will receive a refund less a $30 per night cancellation fee.
There are no refunds for reservations during the following special event dates:

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through a seperate party, as we are unable to provide last-minute refunds due to schedule changes, medical or personal emergencies, airline disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
Additional Policies
To support our environmental efforts, housekeeping service with full linen changes is provided after every third night of your stay. If you would like additional stayover service prior to the scheduled cleaning, please notify us in advance so arrangements can be made.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on property, including guest rooms and outdoor areas. A minimum $500 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file for any evidence of smoking, vaping, or related damages.
We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for extraordinary cleaning, damages, missing items, or repairs beyond normal wear and tear.

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur.
